Here's how I was able to kick the habit of guzzling down endless amounts Coke and Mountain Dew. I started adding a couple packets of Stevia to every 16 ounces or so of water I drank. The water tasted very sweet after that. I was able to finally quit those sodas for good after 3 days of doing this.
That meant thousands of monthly empty calories were gone, just like that.
Remember, the diet sodas have go, too, because of the aspartame contained in them.
Walk up and down stairs for 10 minutes straight
This is just about the easiest way to lose weight quickly. I can't think of too many people who don't have access to stairs somewhere. All you have to do is walk up and down any flight of stairs you happen to find. But you have to do this for 10 minutes straight for it to be effective.
