Grilled Banana Split

Grilled Banana Split:

(serves 1)

 

Ingredients:

1 banana, medium

1 teaspoon of dark chocolate

1 Marshmallow, cut into small pieces

1 strawberries, sliced

½ teaspoon grated coconut, unsweetened

1 teaspoon walnuts, chopped

Directions:

First Start up. Using a sharp knife, slice the banana in half while still keeping the Peel. Using scissors, very finely chop the marshmallows. In addition to finely chop strawberries and chop the walnuts.

Next, evenly space, chocolate, Marshmallow and strawberry slices between slits banana. Banana wrap in tin foil and place it on the grill for about 10 minutes.

Once this is done, carefully remove the banana with grill and open the tin foil. Banana should be soft and the ingredients inside should be completely melted. Next, place the chopped walnuts and coconut (toasted, if you like) on top of the banana and enjoy!
